we are taking you on a journey to marseille, showing you one of our favorite and simple dishes…a delicious bouillabaisse!
this fish stew recipe, once a traditional fisherman's dish made from unsold fish, is a classic dish from the south of france. this regional specialty mixes the flavors of the open sea with a blend of backyard vegetables and fragrant spices.

after the demonstration, we invite you to enjoy a bowl with a bit of crusty baguette and taste a few fun complimentary whites in our beautiful courtyard.
